Code of Conduct

We adhere to the following “Code of Conduct” in order to remain a company that is trusted and respected by society.

1.General Compliance with Laws

We are expected to comply with all such laws as well as with all rules and regulations adopted under such laws.

2.Conflicts of Interest

We are expected to make, or participate in, business decisions and actions in the course of their employment
based on the best interests of the company as a whole, and not based on personal relationships or benefits.

3. Fair Dealing

We don’t take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, misrepresentation,
inappropriate threats, fraud, abuse of confidential information or other related conduct.
In addition, we don’t engage in insider trading that would impair the fairness of the securities market,
regardless of whether it is our own stock or another company’s stock.

4. Proper Use of Assets

We use company assets only for the legitimate business purposes of the company.

5. Delegation of Authority

We exercise due care to ensure that any delegation of authority is reasonable and appropriate in scope,
and includes appropriate and continuous monitoring.

6. Handling Confidential Information

We observe the confidentiality of information that they acquire by virtue of their employment by,
or affiliation with, the company or any other entity that forms part of the company.

7. Public Disclosures, Books and Records

We endeavor to ensure that all filings, submissions, and other public communications accurately
and fairly reflect all relevant transactions and provide full, fair, timely, accurate and understandable disclosure.
And company personnel responsible for any aspect of internal accounting controls and financial and tax reporting systems must be vigilant in recording entries accurately and honestly and in a manner consistent with all legal requirements.

8. Antitrust and Unfair Competition

We fully comply with antitrust laws around the world that apply to our business activities.
And all public statements by the company always be truthful and have a reasonable basis in fact
and don’t be misleading or purposefully made easily susceptible of misinterpretation.

9. Anti-Corruption

We don’t make any payment, offer or promise to pay or to authorize payment to any third party, public or private,
anywhere in the world, in order to secure an improper benefit.

10. Electronic Communications and Data Protection

We are expected to employ these communications systems (“Systems”) for legitimate business use
in the course of their assigned duties only.
And personal data is only collected, processed and used for pre-determined, clear and legitimate business
purposes, and personal data is transmitted and stored in accordance with appropriate security measures
and the company’s applicable data protection policies.

11. Environmental Compliance

We don’t take any action that could jeopardize the environment and the conservation.

12. Equal Employment Practices, Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation

We are committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment and discrimination,
including harassment and discrimination because of a person’s age, disability, ethnicity, sex, marital status,
military service, national origin, race, color, religion, and sexual orientation.

13. Employee Safety

We have the responsibility to assure that their conduct does not jeopardize the health or safety of ourselves

We respect the laws, cultures and customs of all countries in which all people involved in international business operate, and carry out our overseas activities while adhering to the standards and principles of the company.

16. Report of Violations

When we observe, learn of, or, in good faith, suspect a violation of this Code, report the suspected violation
to the Chief Compliance Officer.
We protect the privacy of and don’t treat unfavorably any person who raises an issue in violation of appropriate laws,
regulations, or company rules.

17. Waivers to this Code

When we request for a waiver of a provision of this Code, we submit in writing to the Chief Compliance Officer
for appropriate review.

18. Compliance with this Code

We have a responsibility to understand and follow this Code, and are expected to perform their work with honesty
and integrity, even in all areas not specifically addressed in this Code.
