Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n \n\n

We adhere to the following \u201cCode of Conduct\u201d in order to remain a company that is trusted and respected by society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

1\uff0eGeneral Compliance with Laws<\/h3>\n \n\n

We are expected to comply with all such laws as well as with all rules and regulations adopted under such laws.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

2\uff0eConflicts of Interest<\/h3>\n \n\n

We are expected to make, or participate in, business decisions and actions in the course of their employment
\nbased on the best interests of the company as a whole, and not based on personal relationships or benefits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

3. Fair Dealing<\/h3>\n \n\n

We don\u2019t take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, misrepresentation,
\ninappropriate threats, fraud, abuse of confidential information or other related conduct.
\nIn addition, we don\u2019t engage in insider trading that would impair the fairness of the securities market,
\nregardless of whether it is our own stock or another company\u2019s stock.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

4. Proper Use of Assets<\/h3>\n \n\n

We use company assets only for the legitimate business purposes of the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

5. Delegation of Authority<\/h3>\n \n\n

We exercise due care to ensure that any delegation of authority is reasonable and appropriate in scope,
\nand includes appropriate and continuous monitoring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

6. Handling Confidential Information<\/h3>\n \n\n

We observe the confidentiality of information that they acquire by virtue of their employment by,
\nor affiliation with, the company or any other entity that forms part of the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

7. Public Disclosures, Books and Records<\/h3>\n \n\n

We endeavor to ensure that all filings, submissions, and other public communications accurately
\nand fairly reflect all relevant transactions and provide full, fair, timely, accurate and understandable disclosure.
\nAnd company personnel responsible for any aspect of internal accounting controls and financial and tax reporting systems must be vigilant in recording entries accurately and honestly and in a manner consistent with all legal requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

8. Antitrust and Unfair Competition<\/h3>\n \n\n

We fully comply with antitrust laws around the world that apply to our business activities.
\nAnd all public statements by the company always be truthful and have a reasonable basis in fact
\nand don\u2019t be misleading or purposefully made easily susceptible of misinterpretation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

9. Anti-Corruption<\/h3>\n \n\n

We don\u2019t make any payment, offer or promise to pay or to authorize payment to any third party, public or private,
\nanywhere in the world, in order to secure an improper benefit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

10. Electronic Communications and Data Protection<\/h3>\n \n\n

We are expected to employ these communications systems (\u201cSystems\u201d) for legitimate business use
\nin the course of their assigned duties only.
\nAnd personal data is only collected, processed and used for pre-determined, clear and legitimate business
\npurposes, and personal data is transmitted and stored in accordance with appropriate security measures
\nand the company\u2019s applicable data protection policies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

11. Environmental Compliance<\/h3>\n \n\n

We don\u2019t take any action that could jeopardize the environment and the conservation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

12. Equal Employment Practices, Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation<\/h3>\n \n\n

We are committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment and discrimination,
\nincluding harassment and discrimination because of a person\u2019s age, disability, ethnicity, sex, marital status,
\nmilitary service, national origin, race, color, religion, and sexual orientation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

13. Employee Safety<\/h3>\n \n\n

We have the responsibility to assure that their conduct does not jeopardize the health or safety of ourselves
\nor other personnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

14. Government Procurement<\/h3>\n \n\n

We sell to all customers, including government-related entities, in an ethical, honest and fair manner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

15. Doing Business Internationally<\/h3>\n \n\n

We respect the laws, cultures and customs of all countries in which all people involved in international business operate, and carry out our overseas activities while adhering to the standards and principles of the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

16. Report of Violations<\/h3>\n \n\n

When we observe, learn of, or, in good faith, suspect a violation of this Code, report the suspected violation
\nto the Chief Compliance Officer.
\nWe protect the privacy of and don\u2019t treat unfavorably any person who raises an issue in violation of appropriate laws,
\nregulations, or company rules.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

17. Waivers to this Code<\/h3>\n \n\n

When we request for a waiver of a provision of this Code, we submit in writing to the Chief Compliance Officer
\nfor appropriate review.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n

18. Compliance with this Code<\/h3>\n \n\n

We have a responsibility to understand and follow this Code, and are expected to perform their work with honesty
